Your subscription includes fair use monthly limits on AI conversations and on generated trip plans, images and content, so every member gets fast service. Prices, schedules and availability in trip plans are the shape of the trip; the live number is always the one on the booking page before you pay.
Welcome back
Your personal travel concierge is ready.
Your concierge lines everything up in the chat; booking finishes on Tony tracked Expedia links, with you approving every charge. Bookings with Expedia.com.
Where shall we explore today?
I can plan trips, find flights and hotels, build itineraries, and help with every detail.
Supported provider: Expedia
TakeOff AI never books or charges you itself. Every booking finishes on the Expedia page, where you see the live price and approve the charge.
Open ExpediaTerminals, getting there, when to arrive, and how the place actually runs. Ask about any airport.
Book on Expedia, through Tony
When your concierge lines a trip up, booking finishes on Tony tracked Expedia link, so the trip is booked right and ActorTonyB Travel is credited. You approve every charge on the booking page before anything is paid.
Open Expedia, flights, hotels, cars Guides and deals at travelwithactortonyb.comSave a trip
Ask your concierge to build the itinerary, then save it here so the plan and its reminders live in your app.
Pick the flight day and each reminder on the saved trip gets an Add to calendar button: packing day, check in, and flight day.

Trip notes
This is where your concierge thinking lives between trips: the packing list for the beach run, the charger you always forget, the gift to grab in Nashville. Ask in the chat, then pin the good ones here so the next trip starts ahead.
Saved notes
Need something on the list?
Most notes end with one or two things worth buying before you go. The Store tab carries Tony travel picks on Amazon, tagged to ActorTonyB Travel.
The travel store
Gear that earns its place in the bag, picked in the ActorTonyB Travel lane. Store links open Tony shops; Amazon picks carry his affiliate tag, so shopping here supports the show at no extra cost to you.

Your concierge ships named TakeOff AI. Rename it, set its personality and voice, and tell it how you travel. It uses all of this in every plan.
What TakeOff AI has learned
Your private memory layer. Add facts about how you travel and your concierge plans from them: your facts ride along with your chats so it can use them. They are stored on this device only and do not sync to your other devices.
Connections and autopilot
Autopilot is the next milestone: the platform screens below are designed and built, and the official sign in switches on at that milestone. When it opens, you will connect each platform once, on its own official page, and your concierge will post your trips, watch your inbox for the booking emails that matter, and keep your travel calendar straight, inside your monthly limits.
Your passwords are never asked for and never stored. Every connection will be an official sign in that you can revoke anytime.
How autopilot will work
1. When it opens, tap Connect on a platform and sign in on that platform's own page.
2. Tell your concierge what to watch for, or approve a plan it drafts for you.
3. Booking confirmations, gate changes and check in reminders surface in your chat.
4. Email connections only flag what matters: bookings, changes, refunds and deadlines. Everything else stays quiet.
🎒 Packing List Builder
Pick the trip, get the list. Check things off as you pack; the list saves on this device.
Your list lives on this device. Airline and pet rules change; confirm your carrier rules before you fly.
💰 Trip Budget Calculator
Your numbers, added up straight: total cost, cost per day, and where the money goes.
This calculator works with the numbers you type in. It is not a quote and never a price promise. Live prices are on Expedia, where every booking finishes.
🕐 Flight Time Helper
When do you actually land, in local time where you are going? Do the time zone math here.
Offsets are standard time. Daylight saving can shift a zone by an hour; your airline ticket always shows the true local arrival time.
The TakeOff AI Library
Two guides from ActorTonyB Travel, free for members and yours to keep. Download them here; after that they live on your device, and downloading never touches your AI usage bar.
✈️ Top 50 U.S. Airports

Read the airport guide before a tight connection, then ask your concierge in the chat for a step by step plan for that airport: when to leave, which checkpoint, and what to do with the layover time you have.

Your subscription runs through Stripe. To change your card, pause or cancel, use the receipt email Stripe sent at checkout, or write through travelwithactortonyb.com and we will send your billing link. Your saved trips and concierge stay live while your subscription is active.
Terms, in plain words
TakeOff AI is a planning concierge. Fair use monthly limits apply to AI conversations and generated content and reset each billing cycle. Trip prices, schedules and availability change constantly and are confirmed on the booking partner page before you pay; nothing is booked until you approve the charge there. Booking changes and refunds are handled by the airline, hotel or booking partner who holds the booking. When autopilot connections open at the next milestone, accounts will join only through official platform sign in pages, and you will be able to disconnect anytime.
